Why we exist
Small law firms run on tight margins and even tighter schedules. Between managing cases, keeping up with deadlines, and trying to grow, the operational side of the practice gets pushed to the back burner. Leads go unanswered, invoices go uncollected, and follow-ups fall through the cracks.
Pasha Automations was built to fix that. We work exclusively with 2-10 attorney firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, building systems that handle the repetitive operational work so your team can focus on what actually matters: your clients and your cases.
How we work
We're not a software company that sells you a login and wishes you luck. Every system we build is configured for your firm, connected to the tools you already use (Clio, Google Workspace, Outlook), and managed by us on an ongoing basis.
If something breaks, we fix it. If you need a change, we make it. You never have to think about the technology behind it.

About the founder
Pasha Automations is a Texas-based company founded by Shifan Hirani. Before starting Pasha Automations, Shifan spent years working in technology and systems design, with a focus on building reliable infrastructure for small businesses.
The idea for Pasha Automations came from a simple observation: small law firms have the same operational needs as large firms, but not the same resources to address them. The systems that run a 100-attorney firm should be accessible to a 5-attorney firm too.
