We use the information we collect to:

Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Retention
Pasha Automations retains client data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Upon termination of an engagement, clients may request an export of their data within thirty (30) days. Provider will delete client data from its systems within sixty (60) days of termination, unless applicable law requires longer retention. Provider will confirm deletion in writing upon request. Clients may also request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us through our support page.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting client information, Pasha Automations will notify affected clients within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach. We will describe the nature and scope of the breach, identify the data affected, and cooperate with applicable legal requirements and assist with investigation and mitigation.
AI Voice Services
If your firm uses our AI Phone Receptionist service, the following applies:
- Incoming calls are processed by an AI voice agent powered by ElevenLabs technology
- The AI agent identifies itself as non-human at the beginning of every call, in compliance with Texas SB 140
- Callers are informed if calls may be recorded and are offered the option to opt out
- Call data (caller name, contact information, case details provided by the caller) is logged to your firm's intake system
- Voice data is processed by ElevenLabs and is not used to train AI models
Potentially Privileged Information
Callers to the AI receptionist may disclose information that could be protected by attorney-client privilege. Pasha Automations is not a party to any attorney-client relationship and does not provide legal advice. All call data is treated as confidential, protected by access controls, transmitted over encrypted connections, and never used for AI model training. Firms should advise clients not to share privileged details with the AI receptionist where appropriate.
SMS Communications
We use Twilio to send SMS messages as part of our automation services. This includes:
- Appointment reminders sent to your clients on your firm's behalf
- Invoice payment reminders
- Review request messages
Phone numbers are stored securely and are only used for the specific automation purposes you have authorized. Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following third-party services to deliver our automation services:
- n8n: System engine (self-hosted on our infrastructure)
- Twilio: SMS delivery
- ElevenLabs: AI voice agent technology
- Google Workspace: Secure cloud-based data storage and processing
- Calendly: Appointment scheduling
We do not sell your data to any third party. These processors are used solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt-out of marketing communications
- Request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your engagement
